tee hee tee hee. im so excited. sold an ak for 800 to a buddy, which paid for the Saiga. pretty sweet trade IMO. Its an Izmash saiga, too, which is going bankrupt supposedly.

Nice! I got one at a local gun show about a year and a half ago. Shoots nice. Pick up a few Surefire 20 or 25 rd mags to go with it....

TA, at this point it looks like it's just debt forgiveness. Izmash is the oldest armory in Russia, and it's not likely they'll be allowed to go under completely. However, I would expect prices to go up, so if you want a Saiga, get one soon.

The x39s are back down to $350 shipped, so the getting's good.

Oh, I've got one of these, myself. I like it a lot... the best "bang for the buck" out there right now in a .308. There's a guy over at saiga-12.com who's posting slightly under .5" groups at 100yds with handloads, and only slightly over that with quality factory ammo. Not bad for an autoloader, expecially such an inexpensive one.

I have one of these with a Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 on a side rail mount. I also picked up one like the OP's with a 22 in bbl. Got both about 6mos ago when the getting was good. Was thinking about selling them to get a SA M1A.

Sparta guns and ammo in North Carolina. Came to about 700 with some extra goodies like a side mount scope rail and extra mag.

for my next trick, im going to try to convert (through selling and buying) my bushmaster into an AR-10. Ive decided 308 is the way to go, so instead of having to purchase 3 ammo types, one for ak one for ar and one for my m1a, Ill just stock up on 308 only. I think I might be able to sell it locally with a 100 round drum and two 30 rd mags and a collapsing stock with removable carry handle plus 200 rounds of ammo for a decent ar-10.

is DPMS a decent ar-10? they seem to be the cheapest. do they make ar-10s with a removable carry handle, or do you have to have pop up sights on a flat top? any info on ar-10s would be appreciated

Good people to deal with ..............when I spoke with owner during the mad rush of last year he was willing to trade Gold GAE for guns.

Nobody moved on it but at least he was willing to deal.
